การบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและ ขนาดของโรงเรียน

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 132 คน ได้มา โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จากตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 90 ข้อ มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และ การทดสอบค่า F เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติทำการทดสอบความแตกต่าง รายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe’

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ข้าราชการครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 โดยรวมทั้งด้านกิจกรรมแนะแนวกิจกรรมนักเรียน และกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม และ สาธารณประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ข้าราชการครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 29 แตกต่างกัน

3. ข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหาร กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 29 แตกต่างกัน

4. ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหาร กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของสถานศึกษาสังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 ไม่แตกต่างกัน

The Administration of the Activities for Developing Students of Schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Mathayom Suksa Educational Service Area 29

The objectives of this study were to investigate the state of the administration of the activities for developing students, and to compare the opinions of the school teachers toward the state of the administration of the activities for developing students of schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Mathayom Suksa Educational Service Area 29. The surveyed opinions were analyzed on certain variables including the respondent’s professional position held, work experience, and school size.

A total of 132 subjects including school teachers was selected by using the stratified random sampling method according to the table of Krejie and Morgan. A Five-point rating scale survey questionnaire containing with the overall reliability coefficient of .96 was employed as the research instrument. The statistics utilized for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Scheffe’s comparison test.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The opinions of the school teachers toward the overall aspect of the state of the administration of the activities for developing students of schools was found to be at the highest level as well as the different aspects namely guidance activities, and student activities.

2. The opinions of the school teachers holding different positions toward the overall and different of the state of the administration of the activities of the activities for developing students were found to be insignificantly different.

3. The opinions of the school teachers differing in work experience toward the overall and different aspects of the state of the administration of the activities for developing students were found to be insignificantly different.

4. The opinions of the school teachers working in schools with different school sizes toward the overall and different aspects of the state of the administration of the activities for developing students were also found to be insignificantly different.
