ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อ ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทรรศนะของข้าราชการครูในสหวิทยาเขต 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทรรศนะของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 จำแนกตามอายุ ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูในสหวิทยาเขต ที่ 6 สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 ทั้งหมดจาก 12 โรงเรียน จำนวน 617 คน แยกเป็น ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 12 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 22 คน และครู 583 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 238 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 12 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 22 คน และครู 204 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตาม วิธี Scheffe´

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตที่ 6 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 29 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานการวิจัย พบว่า

2.1 ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามอายุ โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2.2 ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2.3 ผลการเปรียบเทียบ ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมมีระดับการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2.4 ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Leadership in Changes as Displayed by the School Administrators in the Multi-disciplinary Education Zone 6 Attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area 29

The research aimed to study the leadership of the school administrators according to the views of the teachers affiliated to the Secondary Educational Service Area 29, to compare the teachers’ opinion towards the leadership of the school administrators in the study according to age, positions, educational levels and working experiences. The population in the study was 617 teachers from 12 schools attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area 29. The population included 12 school directors, 22 deputy school directors, and 583 teachers. The samples derived by a stratified random sampling were 238 including 12 school directors, 22 deputy school directors and 204 teachers. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value equivalent to .91. Statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s method.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The leadership of the school administrators in the multidisciplinary zone 6 attached to the Secondary Educational Service Area 29 was at a high level.

2. As regards a comparison of the leadership of the school administrators in the study, it was found that

2.1 As classified by age, there was difference in the leadership with a statistical significance of .05.

2.2 As classified by positions, there was a difference in the leadership with a statistical significance of .05.

2.3 As classified by educational level, there was a difference in the leadership with a statistical significance of .05.

2.4 As classified by working experiences, there was a difference in the leadership with a statistical significance of .05.
