การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) เพื่อหาผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ก่อนฝึกอบรมและหลังการฝึกอบรม (3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ กลุ่มเป้าหมายซึ่งเป็นครูวิชาการที่ยังไม่เคยผ่านการฝึกอบรมชุดฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ซึ่งได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ประกอบด้วย (1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างเพื่อใช้สอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (2) ชุดฝึกอบรม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ (3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการฝึกอบรม (4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูวิชาการโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และค่าสถิติที (t-test)

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. ชุดฝึกอบรม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ มีประสิทธิภาพ 81.50/82.50 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่กำหนดไว้

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการฝึกอบรมค่าเฉลี่ย ของผู้อบรมก่อนการฝึกอบรมและหลังการ ฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ค่าสถิติ (t-test) พบว่า ค่า t เท่ากับ 1.729 คะแนนเฉลี่ยก่อนฝึกอบรมและหลังฝึก อบรมแตกต่างกันมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

3. ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมมีความพึงพอใจ โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดต่อชุดฝึกอบรม เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหาร ส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ พบว่าความพึงพอใจ ระดับมาก ต่อชุดฝึกอบรม 4 ข้อ เรียงลำดับ 1) ชุดฝึกอบรม ทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 2) ชุดฝึกอบรม ทำให้มีอิสระอย่างเต็มที่ในการอบรม 3) ชุดฝึกอบรม ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าอบรมมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ 4) การจัดลำดับเนื้อหามีความต่อเนื่องเข้าใจง่าย

The Development of an Information Technology Training Package for Academic Administration of Secondary Schools under Sisaket Provincial Administrative Office Title

The purpose of this study were threefold: 1) to investigate the effectiveness of an information technology training package for academic administration of secondary schools under Sisaket Provincial Administrative Office to meet the established criterion of 80/80, 2) to examine the achievement in the training of information technology for academic administration of secondary schools, and 3) to study the satisfaction of the academic teachers of secondary schools with the constructed information technology training package for academic administration. A total of 20 target participants who had never been trained to use the information technology training package for academic administration before, The Sample were selected by means of a purposive sampling technique, The research instruments included (1) a structured-interview for interviewing experts, (2) a training package of information technology, (3) a training achievement test, and (4) a 5-point rating scale survey questionnaire for measuring the satisfaction of academic teachers of secondary schools. Basic statistics and t-test were used in data analysis.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The information technology training package for academic administration of secondary schools under Sisaket Provincial Administrative Office was found to be effective with 81.50/82.50, higher in percentage than the established criterion of 80/80.

2. The achievement in the training of information technology for academic administration of secondary schools as seen in the before- and after-training assessment of the participants showed the statistically different on the mean scores at level .05 of significance.

3. The satisfaction of academic teachers of secondary schools with the constructed information technology training package for academic administration showed the highest level on the package as a whole. The satisfactory aspects on particular attributes of the training package at a high level were found in (1) that the training package motivated self-learning, (2) that it encouraged a complete independency in the training, (3) that it equipped the trainees with a thorough understanding of the information technology for academic administration, and (4) that its’ subject contents were continuously orderly that was easy for the trainees to understand.
