ค่านิยมและเจตคติกับความพึงพอใจในงาน

Abstract

“ใจเป็นนาย กายเป็นบ่าว” เป็นคากล่าวที่คุ้นเคยกันดี แต่ความจริงแล้วใจและกายน่าจะเป็นเพื่อน คู่ใจกันและกันมากกว่า เพราะสุขภาพจิตที่ดีอยู่ที่ร่างกายที่สมบูรณ์ด้วย จึงน่าจะเป็นสองสิ่งที่ต้องพึ่งอาศัยและได้ผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน ดังนั้นบุคคลและพฤติกรรมบุคคลจะเป็นเช่นไรก็อยู่ที่ใจเขาเป็นอย่างไร ความพึงพอใจ ในงานของบุคคลก็เช่นกันขึ้นอยู่กับใจ และใจของคนมีรากฐานสาคัญคือค่านิยมและเจตคติ บทความนี้จะพยายามนาเสนอและชี้ให้เห็นว่าคนเราจะชอบหรือไม่ชอบงานที่ตนเองทานั้นอยู่ที่เจตคติและค่านิยมของบุคคลนั้นที่มีต่องานที่ตนเองทำ

The saying “the mind is the master while body is the servant” is common among us, but in fact both should be more of partnership because sound mind embeds in sound body. That is to say, both kinds benefit from one another. So a person and his or her behavior reflexes his or her values and attitudes. Job satisfaction is in the same boat, it depend on the person’s mind. And mind bases are values and attitudes. This article tries to proposes and postulate that whether one likes or dislikes the job depends on his or her value of the job and attitude towards the job.
