รูปแบบการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ทราบองค์ประกอบของการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหาร โรงเรียน 2) ทราบรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุขององค์ประกอบการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียน และ 3) ยืนยันรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุขององค์ประกอบการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียน กาหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จานวน 96 โรงเรียน ในแต่ละโรงเรียนมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 3 คน ได้แก่ ผู้อานวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อานวยการโรงเรียนฝุายบริหารทั่วไป และรองผู้อานวยการโรงเรียนฝุายวิชาการ รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 288 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น ระยะเวลาในการเก็บข้อมูลระหว่างวันที่ 25 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ถึง วันที่ 30 มกราคม 2558 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสารวจ และสถิติการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. องค์ประกอบการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 8 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) ศูนย์บริหารงานวิจัย 2) การปรับกระบวนทัศน์ผู้บริหารโดยใช้การวิจัย 3) การส่งเสริมการวิจัย 4) การจัดการ ความรู้ด้านการวิจัย 5) ข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อการวิจัย 6) ความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพโดยใช้การวิจัย 7) การสร้าง แรงจูงใจด้านการวิจัย และ 8) การติดตามอย่างมีส่วนร่วม

2. รูปแบบการประยุกต์งานวิจัยเพื่อการบริหารโรงเรียนมีความสัมพันธ์กันแบบพหุองค์ประกอบ โดยความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพโดยใช้การวิจัยมีผลทางตรงต่อการส่งเสริมการวิจัย การจัดการความรู้ด้านการวิจัย และการติดตามอย่างมีส่วนร่วม ในขณะเดียวกัน ความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาชีพโดยใช้การวิจัย ก็มีผลทางอ้อมต่อ ศูนย์บริหารงานวิจัย การปรับกระบวนทัศน์ผู้บริหารโดยใช้การวิจัย การส่งเสริมการวิจัย ข้อมูลสารสนเทศเพื่อ การวิจัย การสร้างแรงจูงใจด้านการวิจัย และการติดตามอย่างมีส่วนร่วม โดยส่งผลผ่านการส่งเสริมการวิจัย ศูนย์บริหารงานวิจัย และการจัดการความรู้ด้านการวิจัย

3. ผลการยืนยันรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความเห็นว่า เป็นรูปแบบที่มีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

The Model of Research Application for School Administration

The research aimed to find: 1) the components of research application for school administration, 2) the causal relationship model of the components of research application for school administration, and 3) confirm the causal relationship model of the components of research application for school administration. The sample size consisted of 96 schools. There were 3 respondents from each school. There were school director, a vice-director of administrative affairs and a vice-director of academic affairs totally 288 respondents. The sample selection used in this research were multi-stage. The research instruments were semistructure interview and opinionnaire. The data were collected during November 25, 2014 to January 30, 2015. The statistical used to analyze the data by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and path analysis.

The research findings were as follows:

1. The components of research application for school administration included of 8 components; 1) Research Center 2) Leaders Paradigm Shift 3) Research Support 4) Knowledge Management 5) Information for Research 6) Career Advancement 7) Research Motivation and 8) Monitoring Participant.

2. The model of research application for school administration was multiple components that career advancement has a direct effect on research support, knowledge management and monitoring participant meanwhile career advancement has a indirect effect with research center, leaders paradigm shift, research support, information for research, research motivation and monitoring participant through research support, research center and knowledge management.

3. The Experts were confirmed the model that accuracy, propriety, feasibility and utility consistent with the empirical data.
