สภาพปัญหาในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาในการทาวิทยานิพนธ์และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ของนักศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตาม สถานภาพตำแหน่งในขณะที่ทาวิทยานิพนธ์

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ที่ทำวิทยานิพนธ์ ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี ระหว่างภาคเรียนต้น ปีการศึกษา 2552 ถึงภาคฤดูร้อน ปีการศึกษา 2556 จานวน 76 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาค่าเอฟ (F-test)

ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้

1. นักศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานี มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ปัญหาในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาอันดับปัญหาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ปัญหาด้านคุณลักษณะของอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง รองลงมาคือ ปัญหาด้านความรู้ความสามารถในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ของนักศึกษา ปัญหาด้านคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษา และ สุดท้ายปัญหาด้านการให้บริการความสะดวกของมหาวิทยาลัย ตามลำดับ

2. นักศึกษาระดับดุษฎีบัณฑิต มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุบลราชธานีที่มีสถานภาพตาแหน่ง ในขณะที่ทำวิทยานิพนธ์ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน แตกไม่ต่างกัน

The State Problems Conducting Dissertation of Doctoral in Education Administration Students of Ubonratchathani Rajabhat University

The purposes of this study were to investigate the problems related to conducting dissertation and to compare the opinions regarding to the propblems of doctoral students at UbonratchathaniRajabhat University about the problems conducting dissertation on the basis of different in job positions while conducting the dissertation

The research sample was 76 doctoral students who were enrolled in the dissertation conducting Program and graduated between the first semester of 2009 and the summer semester of 2013. The data collection instruments were a questionnaire. The statistics utilized in the analysis of the data were mean, standard deviation, alpha co-efficiency, and F-test.

The results revealed that:

1. The opinions of the doctoral students to the problems related to conducting dissertation of doctoral in education administration students of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University were at high level in both the overall and individual aspects. The order of problems ranked from the highest to the lowest was as follows: characteristics of research advisors, Knowledge in dissertation conducting of doctoral of education administration students, characteristics of doctoral of education administration students, and service of the university.

2. The comparison of the opinions of the doctoral students who different in job positions while conducting the dissertation, towards the problems were not found to be significantly different in both the overall and individual aspects.
