การพัฒนาแบบประเมินตนเองด้านคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมายและองค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา และเพื่อสร้างแบบประเมินตนเองด้านคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ตรวจสอบความตรงของเนื้อหาและโครงสร้างโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 5 คน แล้วรายงานค่า IOC เท่ากับ .80-1.00 และตรวจสอบหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยการทดลองนำร่อง ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาตามวิธีของคอนบาคเท่ากับ .87 แล้วปรับปรุงเครื่องมือ คือ แบบประเมินตนเองด้านคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ เพื่อนำไปทดลองใช้กับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 48 คน แล้ววิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาตามวิธีของคอนบาค พบว่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบประเมินทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .89 เป็นการตรวจสอบยืนยันว่าแบบประเมินตนเองที่สร้างขึ้นมีประสิทธิภาพจึงนำผลการดำเนินงานมาวิเคราะห์ความหมายและองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ และพัฒนาแบบประเมินตนเองด้านคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาฉบับสมบูรณ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา หมายถึง พฤติกรรมของผู้เรียนทางด้านบุคลิกภาพและทักษะการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองที่สะท้อนถึง ความใฝ่เรียนใฝ่รู้ รักการค้นคว้า มีวินัยในตนเอง มีทักษะการทำงาน และทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเตอร์เน็ต 2) องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้มี 2 ด้าน คือ 2.1) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ประกอบด้วย 2.1.1) ความใฝ่เรียนใฝ่รู้ ได้แก่ กระตือรือร้น สนุกกับการเรียนรู้ อยากรู้อยากเห็น และสนใจเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ และ 2.1.2) รักการค้นคว้า ได้แก่ การค้นคว้าหาความรู้ และรู้จักตั้งคำถามเพื่อหาเหตุผล 2.2) ด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ประกอบด้วย 2.2.1) มีวินัยในตนเอง ได้แก่ ความพยายามนำตนเองสู่การเรียนรู้ รวบรวม จัดเก็บสิ่งที่เรียนรู้ให้เป็นระบบ นำความรู้ไปปรับปรุงและพัฒนางานในหน้าที่ 2.2.2) ทักษะการทำงาน ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นโดยแบ่งป๎นความคิด ยอมรับความคิด แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กัน นำความรู้ไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันและปรับใช้ในการทำงานรวมทั้งการใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสารในการพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 2.2.3) ทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเตอร์เน็ต ได้แก่ การรู้จักแยกแยะ และคัดเลือกข้อมูลที่เหมาะสมมาใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาตนเอง 3) แบบประเมินตนเองด้านคุณลักษณะบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 เป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ แบ่งออกเป็นข้อคำถาม 3.1) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ประกอบด้วยความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน 6 ข้อ รักการค้นคว้า 6 ข้อ 3.2) ด้านทักษะการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ประกอบด้วยวินัยในตนเอง 6 ข้อ ทักษะการทำงาน 6 ข้อ และทักษะการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออินเตอร์เน็ต 6 ข้อ

Developing a Self Assessment of Learner Person Characteristics for Primary 4 Students

The purposes of research were to study the meaning of the characteristics and composition of the learner persons for primary students in order to create a self-assessment of the learner persons for primary 4 students. The study analyzed synthetic theory and related research and verified quality by 5 educational experts and a pilot group: IOC equal to 0.80 to 1.00. The coefficient alpha was 0.87. The self-assessment was conducted with a sample population of 48 students at primary 4 level were analyzed by cronbach alpha coefficient. The validity was 0.89, thus bringing performance to analyze the meaning and characteristics of the learner persons for primary students. The results were corrected and improve afterwards in accordance to complete the self-assessment of the learner person characteristics for primary 4 students.

The results of the research revealed that 1) The person characteristics for primary students, referring to the personality and behavior of the students learning skills, reflection about the enthusiastic and studious person, Self-discipline, working skills, Internet literacy skills. 2) The Learner Person Characteristics for primary students defined in the research comprised of two key elements 2.1) The personality consists of 2.1.1) Enthusiasm person; learning with fun, curious and always interested in learning new things and 2.1.2) Studious person; love of knowledge and research, know the questions to find out why and 2.2) The self-learning skills consists of 2.2.1) Self-discipline; the effort put into learning their collection on what they learned to the system, the knowledge to improve and develop the duties 2.2.2) Working skills; the ability to collaborate with others by sharing ideas, accept the idea, learning together, the knowledge to use in daily life and in work. and using the information to develop their skills continuously 2.2.3) Internet literacy skills; recognize; selecting appropriate information to good use in their own development 3) The self-assessment of the learner person characteristics for primary 4 students is about the fifth level of 30 items divided into question. 3.1) The personality consists of 6 enthusiastic person and 6 studious person 3.2), The self-learning skills consists of 6 self-discipline, 6 working skills and 6 internet literacy skills.
