Guidelines for Health Development Towards Social Development Luang Prabang City, Luang Provice, Lao People’s Democratic republic.

Abstract

This research with objectives 1) to study the operational conditions Public health Luang Prabang City, Luang Prabang province and 2) to propose guidelines for the development of public health practices towards social development. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods Quantitative research the population used in this study was 683 people, specifying 280 sizes from Crazy and Morgan. Qualitative studies determine the target audience of the study, which are 13 government health officers working in public health. The tools used for collecting quantitative data are questionnaires and qualitative forms which are Interview issues and the static discussion group used were percentage, standard deviation and content summary.

The results of the research showed that 1. Public health operational conditions Luang Prabang Overall, it was in the high level (= 3.58, SD = 0.54). The aspect with the highest mean value was the joint aspect (= 3.92, SD = 1.08), followed by the joint planning (= 3.83, SD = 0.67). Had the lowest mean of receiving benefits (= 2.54, SD = 09.8)
