Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the social and cultural reflections in the mixed Thai music literature, which qualitative research by the scope of this study. The researcher used song data from YouTube Website since 2018-2021. There are song with a mix of different genres and has been viewed more than 1 million times. There are 45 songs.

          The social and cultural reflections in the mixed Thai music literature. It was found that there were 6 sides namely 1) Reflection on tradition, which are traditions in life and annual tradition. 2) Reflection on lifestyle and wisdom, which are lifestyle and wisdom. 3) Reflection on language, which are dialect foreign language transliteration and foreign language. 4) Reflection of faith, which are belief in the sacred, belief in the world, belief in the destiny, belief in the law of action, belief in soulmate and belief in the superstition. 5) Reflection of dogma, which are teachings from parents and self reminder. 6) Reflection of love, which are expression of love, disappointment in love and encouragement.
