Abstract

The court is the main institution whose mission is to arbitrate disputes in accordance with the Constitution and the law. The principle of protection of the court's performance is therefore very important in order for the court to exercise its powers to proceed with the proceedings and to adjudicate cases without independence from the mandate of the person. a group of persons or organizations to achieve the goal of administering justice to the case and for the benefit of maintaining public order or good morals in the trial without disturbance The Constitutional Court, which has an important mission, is responsible for adjudicating disputes between state organizations. And between the state and the people, the ruling of the Constitutional Court therefore affects the general public. There will always be parties who agree and disagree with critical opinions before, during and after the trial. Therefore, it is imperative to have measures or tools for the court to maintain order in the court area. In order for the proceedings to proceed with speed and fairness, therefore, this article aims to study "Principles of protection for the performance of the courts" to know the principles, origins and scope of the current law. In the event that any person has acted to obstruct the judicial process or obstructing the court proceedings They may use words that are offensive, disturbing, or disobeying or disrespecting the court's order.
