Abstract
This article aims to study the concept of human dignity protection of the elderly under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. The study found that the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand recognizes human dignity as a fundamental value which is implicated with exercising of all state power. As an aging society, providing welfare for the elder is an important agenda for the state to pass laws, policies, plans, as well as measures. Yet, in order to do so, the state should take into account the concept of human dignity of the elder which is certified by the Constitution.
