บทคัดย่อ
วิจัยฉบับนี้พบว่า บทบัญญัติของพระราชบัญญัติการแข่งขันทางการค้า พ.ศ. 2560 เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการร่วมกันเพื่อพัฒนาเงื่อนไขการทำงานของผู้ทำงานผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์มแรงงานดิจิตัล จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีการแก้ไขปรับปรุงพระราชบัญญัติฉบับนี้เพื่อเป็นการรื้อถอนอุปสรรคดังกล่าว โดยการเพิ่มเติมมาตรา 56/1 อันเป็นบทบัญญัติที่ยกเว้นการบังคับใช้มาตรา 54 และ 55 ให้แก่การร่วมกันอันมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาเงื่อนไขการทำงานของผู้ทำงานผ่านทางแพลตฟอร์มแรงงานดิจิตัล

- ผลงานที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์โดยวารสารกฎหมาย จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ถูกคุ้มครองภายใต้ Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License ซึ่งอนุญาตให้ทุกคนสามารถคัดลอก แจกจ่าย ดัดแปลง ส่งต่อ ผลงานได้ ก็ต่อเมื่อผลงานและแหล่งข้อมูลได้รับการอ้างอิงอย่างเหมาะสม
