This research aims to: 1) assess satisfaction with the scheduling of undergraduate classes and teaching timetables at Sisaket Rjabhat University, and
2) investigate the needs of students and instructors regarding the organization of schedules for undergraduate classes at Sisaket Rjabhat University. A sample consists of students and instructors at Sisaket Rjabhat University in the second semester of the academic year 2565, totaling 530 individuals. The research tools include questionnaires and statistical analysis methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The research results found that a high level of satisfaction students and instructors satisfaction regarding the organization of schedules for undergraduate classes at Sisaket Rajabhat University across all five dimensions. These dimensions include service provider personnel, quality of the scheduling process, service provision, alignment with the organization's mission and objectives, and the environmental conditions and facilities for service delivery. Surveying the needs of students and instructors in scheduling undergraduate classes, the study identifies specific requirements and additional suggestions. These include the need for improvements to the internet system, additional computer classrooms, the installation of boards in all classrooms, operational lifts in all buildings, increased workforce to expedite processes, coordination of theory and practical classes in the same room or building, additional personnel, regular checks on non-functional rooms, and maintenance and refurbishment of classrooms to ensure equipment readiness. Further suggestions include the provision of curtains for classrooms with excessive sunlight, the installation of films on windows to prevent excessive glare, the establishment of channels for students to file complaints with clear timelines for resolution and notification of results. In conclusion, the study recommends a thorough examination of teaching equipment in classrooms at least once a month, the utilization of classrooms with convenient facilities for the nature of each subject, and an increase in the number of students per classroom. Additionally, it suggests enhancing the text input system by incorporating a selection mechanism.
