THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TO SUPPORT THE ADVENT OF TECHNOLOGY OF THAI COMMERCIAL BANKS

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the HRD to support the advent of technology of Thai commercial banks; 2) study the driven with the innovation of Thai commercial banks; 3) compare the differences of the HRD to support the advent of the technology of Thai commercial banks that large, medium, and small size; 4) compare the differences of the driven with the innovation of Thai commercial banks that that large, medium, and small size; and 5) study the HRD factors to support the advent of technology that correlates and effect to the driven with the innovation of Thai commercial banks. The population in this study was the staff of Thai commercial banks; Group 1 include 14 banks. Stratified random sampling chose the sample. The sample size of 445 participants was determined from a table of Krejcie and Morgan at a confidence level of .95. The research tool was a questionnaire with a coefficient of reliability of .97. The statistics used for data analysis were Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, One-Way ANOVA Analysis, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The research findings revealed that: 1) The HRD to support the advent of technology of Thai commercial banks, overall and every aspect were rated at the high level; 2) The driven with the innovation of Thai commercial banks, overall and every aspect were rated at the high level; 3) The HRD to support the advent of the technology of Thai commercial banks that large, medium, also, the small size was not different at the level of statistical significance of .05; 4) The driven with the innovation of Thai commercial banks that large, medium, and small size, were not different at the level of statistical significance of .05; 5) The HRD factors to support the advent of the technology of Thai commercial banks were positively correlated with driving by the innovation of Thai commercial banks, and can together predicted driving by the innovation of Thai commercial banks was positively 95.7% at a statistically significance .01.
