APPLICATIONS OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO DEVELOP PRODUCTS OF ORGANIC AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITY, BAN PWOAKSOONG, CHAI BADAN, LOPBURI

This article presents organic agricultural knowledge management of Ban Pwoaksoong community enterprise, Chai Badan, Lopburi province which stimulates awareness of benefits of organic farming. In addition, science and technology were applied to solve issues and develop the agricultural community. The significant issue was the rapid spoilage of cherry tomatoes. Therefore, researchers participated with those people to solve the problem by processing cherry tomatoes and developing to cosmetic products. Finally, social media (Google sites, Facebook fan page and Line@) was introduced to promote their products.
