PARTICIPATORY ON COMMUNITY CAREER LEARNING CENTER AND QUALITY OF LIVING DEVELOPMENT BY SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY PHILOSOPHY

This research aimed to study on the community’s context, needs, corporation and obstacle, and problem solving guideline on Learning Center of Bang-Len community, Bang-yai District, Nonthaburi Province. The data was collected from community’s organization, government’s organization and community’s members. Interviewing, observing, focus group, SWOT analysis was used as research instruments. The data was analyzed by using the context.
The research’s results showed that: 1) The overall community’s context Is easy living and people in community are famers as the past. In the present time the number of people who work is increase. People in the community are Baddish and pay respect to the eldest. 2) the community needs to develop on vocational in 4 careers; making flower from fish scale, snack with Thai herb, plastic bag and fired banana. 3) having learning center to support people in the community and other to learn on doing things from this
place. 4) the problems and obstacles are timing of each other, the skills of producing, price of materials, budget, and lack of public relation and the guidelines of solving these are the members need to do clean planning, finding more budget, improve their skills and building connection.
