PARTICIPATORY RESEARCH TO FIND THE STEPS AND GOOD PRACTICES FOR DRIED BANANA PRODUCTION IN COMMUNITY SCALE

Abstract

The aims of the present research are to study the step by step and guidelines for sun dried banana production. The research methodology for this study based on the mixed method in which will use both of qualitative and quantitative collection method.  The quality of sun dried banana quality in this study was considered from the quality of sun dried banana in term of color, soft, and smell. From the research results can conclude that there are five steps for sun  dried banana production  such as (1) banana curing (2) ripe banana selection (3) banana  peeling  (4) banana washing and (5) solar drying banana . Moreover the research results can be concluded that the good practice for sun dried banana production for community.
