Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study an approach for the distributed Leadership of school administrators under Suphanburi primary education service area office1. The informants of this research were 234 people: school director and teacher from 78 schools under the Suphanburi primary educational service area office 1.The research instrument utilized the applicability and possibility evaluations of the approach for Distributed Leadership of school administrators under Suphanburi primary education service area office1. The statistics used were standard diaviation, and Priority Needs Index (PNImodified).The research found that: The overall priority need Index was 0.201.The top priority was share vision, mission, and goals; and the last was responsibility and accountability. There were 12 guidelines developed including 3 approaches of share vision, mission, and goals Development; 3 approaches of decision making Development; 3 approaches for collaboration and cooperation Development; 3 approaches for responsibility and accountability Development.
