Abstract

In today's society, many changes happened very quickly. Advances in technology cause competition in social, economic, and political fields. Each country leads to become a leading leader in various aspects and focuses on the development of objects rather than the mind which does not recognize the social responsibility or social benefits for the public.   In such circumstances, causing social problems. Cultivating a conscious person to be responsible for public presence or public mind consciousness is paramount of importance nowadays. The family Institute is an important mechanism to create public mind in the minds of the children and Thai youth through parenting and being good role models in being providers, contributors, and help the society publicly. The educational institution is another sector that can cultivate the learner to be a person with discipline, a contributor, and a person who shares and is responsible for the role of his duty. Benefitting to the public more than his own. Promoting Thai youth to have public mind characteristics by using a public mind enforcing model that will help develop the minds of the children and Thai youth, and help develop public mind practice skills which equivalent to the development of human resources in a way that society wants and create social benefits in overall.
