Abstract

The Research Employee participation in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory With the objectives as follows: 1) to study the participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory, Udon Thani Province 2) to compare the participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province, classified by sex, age, education level and occupation is a quantitative method. (Quantitative Research) In order to obtain complete information that matches the research objectives with a process of population research the researcher has chosen to use this study. Employees listed on the accounts of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory The population of 2,457 people in Udon Thani Province. The sample size of the population was determined by using Yamane's formula (1973) at the confidence level of .80 and determining the tolerance of 0.05 from this sample calculation. The sample group was 331 people. Descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage mean and standard deviation Test the hypothesis by using inferential statistics to test the differences between independent variables and dependent variables using t-test statistics for comparing the differences between two independent variables. And using One-way ANOVA statistics to compare the differences between the independent variables with 3 or more groups and if there is a significant difference at the significant level 0.05 Of LSD (Least significant difference test)

The results showed that:

1) To study the participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory, Udon Thani Province  The Employee participation in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province Overall, at a moderate level = 3.06. When considering each aspect, it was found that the employees were involved in the management. The participation in the order of the most = 3.21, followed by the participation in planning = 3.07 the participation in personnel selection = 2.99 the participation in the control = 2.99 according to order

2) To compare the participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province  Differences in employee participation in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province the age group is divided into pairs. It is found that the age of participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province The participation in planning is different at the significant level of .05. There are 3 pairs, ie 20-30 years old group, with the participation of employees in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory. Udon Thani Province, more than the age group of 31-40 years old and 41-50 years old, The results of the data analysis comparing the differences of employee participation in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani Province Classified by gender status; it was found that overall participation was significantly different at the level of .05. There are significant differences at the level of .05, including participation in the order which males are more involved than females.and Employee participation in the management of Kumphawapi Sugar Factory Udon Thani province with different levels of education is involved in management. As a whole and individual aspects, including Participation in planning the participation in the order there are differences at the significant level .05. In terms of participation in personnel selection the participation in the control not different at the significant level of .05
