Abstract

This article has an objective to study the legal measures on the reduction of sexual recidivism in the United States of America. It was found that, in the United States of America, there are many fascinating measures including injection to reduce sex hormones, castration, rehabilitative programmed for sex offenders, sex offenders’ registration, and the designation of children’s safe zone. It should be noted that even though these legal measures adversely affect human rights and human dignity, they are still in force in the United States of America. This is probably because the United States of America prioritizes the protection of the interest of the people in the society over the rights of offenders who have come out of the prison.
