THE CHARACTERISTICS CONCERT WITH TEACHERS’ SPIRITUALITY IN PRIMARY SCHOOL UNDER THE NONTHABURI PRIMARY AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the characteristics concerning teachers’ spirituality in Primary school under the Nonthaburi Primary Area Office 1. The samples were 292 primary school teachers under the Nonthaburi Primary Area Office 1 in academic year of 2019. The method used was the stratified random sampling. The research instrument was rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.975. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The characteristics concerning teachers’ spirituality of the primary school teachers was at the highest level both in general and in each aspect. 2) The comparative results revealed that: 2.1) With different genders, the characteristics concerning teachers’ spirituality were not significantly different in general. 2.2) With different ages, the characteristics concerning teachers’ spirituality were not significantly different in general. 2.3) With different educational levels, it was found significant at .01 level in general. 2.4) With different positions, it was found significant at .01 level in general. 2.5) With different work experiences, the characteristics concerning teachers’ spirituality were not significantly different in general.
