คุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่นนทบุรีเขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 292 คนโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.975 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way analysis of Variance) ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 มีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี เขต 1 พบว่า 2.1) ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2) ครูที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3) ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.4) ครูที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกันมีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมเฉลี่ยแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.5) ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีคุณลักษณะของครูที่มีจิตวิญญาณความเป็นครูโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
