In the study concerning leader and leadership, it was often found that effective leaders have similar characteristics such as self-confidence, sincerity, extraversion, and trustworthiness. Educators worldwide are using these qualities to train their students so they will become a good leader in the future. This article aimed to study effective leaders’ general characteristics, working styles and appropriate ways to create self-leadership.
