Abstract

Many leaders who have made extensive changes in their companies and organizations possess a charismatic leadership style and they are outstanding. They always appeared on social media. The audiences can easily recognize them and their company’s brand. These charismatic leaders attracted customers, resulting in significant benefits for their companies that their business competitors couldn't replicate. This article aimed to study concepts and theories of the charismatic leadership, the characteristics of these leaders and the possible guidances for those who want to possess charisma. Negative impacts from some charismatic leaders were raised for consideration.
