บทคัดย่อ

ผู้นำที่นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงให้แก่บริษัทหรือองค์กรจำนวนมากทั้งในอดีตและปัจจุบันมักมีคุณลักษณะพิเศษ (Charismatic) ที่ไม่เหมือนใคร พวกเขามีความโดดเด่นและสร้างความหวือหวาในสื่อต่าง ๆ ให้เราเห็นเป็นประจำ ทั้งบุคลิกการแสดงออก การพูดจา และความเป็นตัวของตัวเองที่ทำให้คนจดจำได้ง่าย ทำให้ผู้ที่พบเห็นผูกโยงภาพลักษณ์ของผู้นำเหล่านี้เข้ากับบริษัทและแบรนด์สินค้าและสามารถเพิ่มยอดขายได้อย่างพิสดารอีกด้วย บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวคิดและทฤษฎีของภาวะผู้นำที่มีคุณลักษณะพิเศษ คุณลักษณะที่สังเกตได้โดยทั่วไปของผู้นำเหล่านี้ แนวคิดการสร้างคุณลักษณะพิเศษขึ้นมาให้กับตนเอง ตลอดจนผลกระทบด้านลบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้จากผู้นำที่มีคุณลักษณะพิเศษ
