THE PARTICIPATORY INTERNAL SUPERVISION MODEL FOR ENHANCING TEACHER LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE 21st CENTURY FOR SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) develop the participatory internal supervision model to promote teacher learning management in the 21st century for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 2) try out and evaluate the participative internal supervision model to promote teacher learning management in the 21st century. The target group used in the development and evaluation of the model is 15 experts obtained from purposive sampling. The target group used in the experiment and evaluation consists of 13 participants, including the school's director, deputy director, head staff, and teachers at Wat Hua Lamphong School. The research instruments included suitability, accuracy, utility, and feasibility assessment forms. The statistics used are mean and standard deviation.

          The result shows that: 1) the participatory internal supervision model to promote teacher learning management in the 21st century for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration consists of 3 main points including participatory internal supervision process, learning management in the 21st century, and factors leading to success, and 2) the result of suitability, accuracy, utility, and feasibility assessment of teacher learning management in the 21st century for schools under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration indicates an overall highest level.
