Abstract

This study aimed to: 1) examine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees, 2) investigate the level of employee performance, and 3) analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. The study employed a quantitative research approach, collecting data from 511 employees using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results revealed that both Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance were at the highest level. Furthermore, Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant positive effect on employee performance (β = 0.73, p < 0.001). The findings also indicated that helping behavior, cooperation, and extra-role responsibility play a crucial role in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, organizations should promote a work culture that supports positive employee behavior in order to improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term sustainability.
