This research was aimed to develop real-time motivation at achievement indicators of beauty advisor and product consultant in cosmetics Industry. This research was a mixed-method methodology by applying the qualitative method on studying the trending desired attributes on Focus Group with Sale and Marketing Manager, in the number of 12 persons as well as Tow Matrix to analyze the questionnaire structure and construct. In the second stage, applying the quantitative method by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) by collecting the samples from the 500 distributors with non probabilitymethods; quota and purposive sampling distributing the questionnaires nationwide and analyzed by using CFA and inferential statistics. And the research result is composed of 6 dimensions of management which can lead to application of Real-Time motivation at achievement indicators and its components of CoordinationControl, Leadership, Strategy and Organization Structure.
