มาตรการทางกฎหมายในการลดมลพิษทางอากาศจากฝุ่น PM 2.5

ปัจจุบันประเทศไทยประสบปัญหามลพิษทางอากาศจากฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก (2.5 ไมครอน) ที่เรียกว่า “ฝุ่น PM 2.5” :ซึ่งมีปริมาณเกินค่ามาตรฐานอยู่นั้น นับวันยิ่งทวีความรุนแรงขึ้นและส่งผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของประชาชนคนไทยไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในวัยใด ถือเป็นมลพิษทางอากาศอย่างหนึ่ง ด้วยเหตุนี้จึงควรมีมาตรการทางกฎหมายขั้นเด็ดขาดที่เป็นเอกภาพเพียงพอเพื่อเข้ามาบรรเทาปัญหา ซึ่งอาจช่วยแก้ไขให้รวดเร็วขึ้น และควรมีหน่วยงานเฉพาะเพื่อเป็นหลักในการดูแลรับผิดชอบในเรื่องดังกล่าวโดยตรง ทั้งนี้เพื่อใช้เป็นมาตรการควบคุมให้ฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็กนี้มีแนวโน้มลดลงจนอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่สามารถรับได้
