การพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการบริหารขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้ว อำเภอบึงสามพัน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารงานตามภารกิจขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้ว และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้ว การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการบริหารงานตามภารกิจขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้ว โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก รวมทั้งสิ้น 7 คน และพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารงานขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้วโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม โดย กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 6 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลสระแก้วมีปัญหาด้านการขาดแคลนบุคลากรในการปฏิบัติงาน ปัญหาด้านงบประมาณและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ไม่เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน 2) นวัตกรรมทางการบริหาร ประกอบด้วยนวัตกรรมการสร้างความร่วมมือด้านบุคลากรกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นใกล้เคียง นวัตกรรมด้านการคลัง ได้แก่ การขยายฐานภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งก่อสร้าง การให้เอกชนลงทุนและเช่าพื้นที่สำหรับสร้างศูนย์การจำหน่ายสินค้าชุมชน หรือศูนย์อาหารสำหรับบริการนักท่องเที่ยว และการเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมจากการเข้าชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว
