ทักษะการทำงานยุคดิจิทัลของบุคลากรภาครัฐเพื่อปรับตัวรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอทักษะการทำงานยุคดิจิทัลที่จำเป็นของพนักงานภาครัฐเพื่อปรับตัวรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงในศตวรรษที่ 21 และส่งเสริมกระบวนการทำงานของตนเองต่อการบริหารภาครัฐเสนอทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับพนักงานภาครัฐต่อการทำงานที่นำไปสู่การบริหารภาครัฐที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชน พบว่า “ทักษะการทำงานที่จำเป็นของบุคลากรภาครัฐ” มีความสำคัญและจำเป็นต่อพนักงานภาครัฐ เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมของตนเองให้มีทักษะที่เพียงพอ และองค์กรต้องสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นให้กับพนักงานภาครัฐในการรองรับรูปแบบการทำงานที่เหมะสมและสอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วของโลกในปัจจุบัน โดยแนวคิดทักษะการทำงานที่เป็นที่นิยมในปัจจุบัน คือ 21st Century model ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนสำคัญ คือ 1) ทักษะชีวิตดิจิทัล, 2) ทักษะการเรียนรู้ 3) ทักษะชีวิต ทักษะเหล่านี้จะส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้บุคลากรภาครัฐและองค์กรอยู่รอดในสภาวะการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่รวดเร็วของโลกในปัจจุบันได้
