การประยุกต์ใช้ Google AppSheet เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานในสำนักงานเป็นการศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานในองค์กรสมัยใหม่ Google AppSheet เป็นแพลตฟอร์ม ที่ช่วยให้ผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างแอปพลิเคชันได้ โดยไม่ต้องมีความรู้ด้านการเขียนโปรแกรม ทำให้พนักงานสามารถพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชัน ที่ตรงกับความต้องการของตนได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ การศึกษานี้ได้ทำการวิเคราะห์การใช้ Google AppSheet ในการจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า การติดตามโครงการ และการจัดการทรัพยากรบุคคล โดยผู้เขียนได้ทดลองใช้งานและนำข้อมูลที่ได้รับมา ทดสอบการทำงานของ AppSheet พบว่า การใช้งานนี้ช่วยลดเวลาในการประมวลผลข้อมูล แสดงผลที่ดีและเพิ่มความแม่นยำในการทำงานได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ การศึกษานี้สรุปองค์ความรู้ใหม่ 3 ปัจจัยหลัก ได้แก่ 1.การปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงาน โดยผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างแอปพลิเคชันที่ตอบสนองความต้องการเฉพาะตน 2.การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกัน โดยการแบ่งปันข้อมูลและการจัดการโครงการที่รวมศูนย์ และ 3.การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการข้อมูล ด้วยการประมวลผลและจัดการข้อมูลแบบเรียลไทม์ ในยุคดิจิทัลที่องค์กรต้องปรับตัวอย่างรวดเร็ว Google AppSheet เป็นเครื่องมือที่มีศักยภาพสูงในการสร้างกระบวนการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของธุรกิจสมัยใหม่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
