การศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 118 คนการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้ตารางเทียบกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับซึ่งมีค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่างเนื้อหากับวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) รายข้อระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดลำปาง มีภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ต่อภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดลำปาง จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
