People’s Participation on Development Strategy of Sub District Administrative Organizationin Muang District, Pathumthani Province

บทคัดย่อ

The purpose of the research was 1) to study people’s participation of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province. 2) to study the development strategy of sub district  administrative organization  in Muang district, Pathumthani province. 3) to study the relationship between people’s participation with development strategy of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province. The sample consists of 342 qualified voters who lived in sub district administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province. The data analysis was done by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis.

            The research revealed that:

1. The personal information ,the majority of sample was 198 males at 57.89 %, 96 people who had aged between 46-50 years old were at 28.07 %. 123 people who graduated from secondary level were at 35.96%. 178 people who gained less than 10,000 bath at 52.05 % and 151 people who worked as employee at 44.15 %.

            2.People’s participation of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province, the overall was at the high level  When considering each aspect found that benefits was at the highest level and the average were at the highest. followed by performance aspect (=4.19,S.D.=0.51) , decision making aspect and evaluation aspect  respectively.

1. 3. Development strategy of sub district administrative organization  in Muang district, Pathumthani province, the overall was at the high level. By the title of social development strategy and the quality of life were at the high level with  the highest  average followed by development strategy in good governance aspect  development strategy in infrastructure and public service aspects, development strategy in economic aspect the conservation  strategy of  cultural ,traditional , local wisdom and tourism development  and  development strategy in natural resource and environment  respectively.

People’s participation affecting to development strategy of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province found that people’s participation in performance aspect, decision making aspect, evaluation aspect and benefits aspect affected the position results to development strategy  of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province with statistically significant difference at .05. By people’s participation in performance aspect affected the positive results to development strategy  of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province with the highest level and people’s participation in benefits aspect affected the positive results to development strategy  of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province with the lowest level.  By  the 4 predictive variables can predict development strategy  of sub district  administrative organization in Muang district, Pathumthani province at 72.30%.
