บทคัดย่อ

 

 

One of organization crisis cause was lack of Competency, Business Environment management, Adaptability in current situation. One factor of organization crisis due to lack of applied knowledge for further innovation to derived organization. Innovation is a process that brings the knowledge integration to improve product and service with improve marketing activity. The innovation was acquired from analyzing of combination of knowledge and experience. The purpose this article was explain the process and core of knowledge management and explain the relationship between knowledge management process and innovative organization building.

The results showed that innovative organization for improve product and service will greatly proceed from environment building by organization to proper and support knowledge and attitude in knowledge sharing, data collecting and data accessible, that means organization must contribute knowledge management process from inside for invention to derived benefit for social and country. Innovation achieve is inevitable for proper knowledge management process. Activity of knowledge management process will lead to new idea that combine from understanding and experience for building innovative organization.
