Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Environmental Management in Kuchinarai City Schools Group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract
This independent study aimed to; 1) study the level of creative leadership of school administrators in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) study the level of school environment in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 3) analyze the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators affecting the environmental management in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 4) find the predictive power of creative leadership of school administrators affecting the environmental management in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The samples used in this study were teachers and school administrators in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, Kalasin, 154 people. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale, with an IOC value between .70 - 1.00 and a reliability of 0.988. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that; 1) The creative leadership of school administrators in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. 2) The environment in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level.3) The creative leadership of school administrators in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, with a statistical significance at the 0.01 level, which is related in the same direction at a fairly high level (Pearson Correlation = 0.786, Sig = 0.000). 4) The creative leadership of school administrators in Kuchinarai city schools group, Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level, with a relationship at the highest level (R = 0.818) and can be predicted at a reliability of 67.00 percent (R2 = 0.670).
