Factors affecting the Strength of Community Financial Institution in Banglen, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

The aims of this research were to 1) study the level of strength in Banglen’s community financial institution 2) to compare the level of strength in Banglen’s community financial institutions based on different personnel factors, as well as, and 3) to study the factors affecting the strength of community financial institution. The sample population is consisted of 384 personnel of Banglen community. Questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-test (one-way ANOVA), when differences are found, multiple regression and (LSD) were used.

The results showed that 1) strength of community financial institution is high 2) the hypothesis also found; difference in gender, education, career, income, membership period define different level of the strength of community financial institution while difference in age do not infer different level of the strength of the community is financial institution and
3) regression analysis found ‘the strength of community financial institution’, ‘factors and internal relationship’, ‘factors and external relationship’, ‘basic structure’ affected strength
of community financial institution at 54.9 percent. (R² Adjusted .549 x 100 = 54.9)
