Abstract
The descriptive research aims: 1) to study the current and desired state of the retail business curriculum management of Matthayom Wat Daokhanong school based on the dual education system; 2) to analyze a priority needs assessment of retail business curriculum management of Matthayom Wat Daokhanong school based on the dual education system. The population was the school. The respondents were the school’s board and teachers. The data were collected using questionnaires on the current and desired state of the retail business curriculum management of Matthayom Wat Daokhanong school based on the dual education system. Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency, percentage mean and standard deviation and it was calculated by using PNImodified (Priority Needs Index Modified) in order to rank the needs identifications.
The results showed: 1) the current state of retail business curriculum management of Matthayom Wat Daokhanong school based on the dual education system is at a high level and the desired retail business curriculum management of Matthayom Wat Daokhanong school based on the dual education system state was at the highest level; 2) the order of first priority needs was Curriculum Planning, Curriculum Supervisor, Curriculum Implementation and Curriculum Evaluation.
