บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดสิงห์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 1 มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดสิงห์ตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดสิงห์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 4 คน ครูจำนวน 129 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 134 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดแบบตรวจสอบรายการและมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดสิงห์ โดยรวมพบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยใช้หลักความคุ้มค่ามากที่สุด ( = 4.38) รองลงมาคือหลักนิติธรรม (
= 4.32) และน้อยที่สุดคือหลักการ มีส่วนร่วม (
= 4.25) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า การประเมินผลใช้หลักความโปร่งใสมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (
= 4.50) รองลงมาคือการวางแผนใช้หลักความคุ้มค่า (
= 4.45) และน้อยที่สุดคือการนำแผนสู่การปฏิบัติโดยใช้หลักความคุ้มค่ามีค่าเฉลี่ย (
= 4.36

Abstract
The Research on the management of the Principles of good governance of the Senior High School.
