การศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนการบินกรุงเทพ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนการบินกรุงเทพ สังกัดกรมการบินพลเรือน กระทรวงคมนาคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 6 คน และครู 74 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 80 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 6 คน ครู 10 คน และ นักเรียน 10 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงมาตรฐานและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงบรรยาย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนการบินกรุงเทพ ทั้ง 4 งาน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 1) งานปฏิบัติการบิน 2) งานบริหารจัดการ 3) งานการขายและการตลาด และ 4) งานปฏิบัติการซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยาน มีระดับการปฏิบัติ ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณางานแต่ละด้าน ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 1) งานปฏิบัติการบินพบว่าการจัดทำหลักสูตรการบินให้ครบตามที่กรมการบินพลเรือนกำหนดมีระดับปฏิบัติมากที่สุด 2) งานบริหารจัดการพบว่าการจัดบริการแนะแนวและปฐมนิเทศผู้เรียนมีระดับปฏิบัติมากที่สุด 3) งานการขายและการตลาดพบว่ามีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้เรียน บุคลากรและสังคมเข้าใจปรัชญา วิสัยทัศน์และเป้าหมายของโรงเรียนมากที่สุด และ 4) งานปฏิบัติการซ่อมบำรุงอากาศยานพบว่าโรงเรียนมีระบบรับ-ส่งอากาศยานที่มีประสิทธิภาพมีระดับปฏิบัติมากที่สุด
Abstract
This research aimed to study the state of educational management of Bangkok Aviation School under the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transport. The sample used in the survey were 6 school administrators and 74 teachers, 80 people in total. The samples used in the interview were 6 administrators, 10 teachers and 10 students, 26 people in total. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires, data analyzed by mean and standard deviation and an interview form, data analyzed by content analysis.
The research findings revealed that the educational management of Bangkok Aviation School comprised of four tasks including 1) Flight Operation Task 2) Administration Task 3) Sales and Marketing Task and 4) Aircraft and Maintenance Operation Task were performed at a high level. Considering by each task, it revealed the following; 1) On the Flight Operation Task, it was found that the development of an aviation curriculum guide to meet with the requirements of the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Transport was performed at the highest level 2) On the Administration Task, the students’ counselling and orientation was performed at the highest level 3) On the Sales and Marketing Task, the public communication of the School’s philosophy, vision and goals to students, staff and the society was performed at the highest level and 4) On the Aircraft Maintenance Operation Task, the School’s effective flight line system was performed at the highest level.
