Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนต้นแบบที่จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการภาษาอังกฤษในการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยครูไทย (EIS) โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินการ ปัญหา และอุปสรรคการบริหารวิชาการ โดยใช้เครื่องมือ คือ แบบแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง อภิปรายผลเชิงพรรณนา ประชากรที่ศึกษาคือผู้บริหาร ครูที่จัดการเรียนการสอนแบบ EIS โรงเรียนสุนทรภู่พิทยา จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 16

จากผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนต้นแบบ จัดการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พ.ศ.2551 ตามปกติ โดยจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบบูรณาการภาษาอังกฤษในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ และคอมพิวเตอร์โดยครูไทย เน้นการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพูดสื่อสารที่ครูพูดได้ นักเรียนฟังเข้าใจ โดยใช้ Classroom English และ ประโยคคำถามสั้นๆ ในห้องเรียนและสถานศึกษา 2. สภาพการดำเนินการในการจัดการเรียนการสอนและพัฒนาครู ภายหลังจากได้รับนโยบายจากผู้อำนวยการ มีครูให้ความสนใจจัดการเรียนการสอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและนำมาประยุกต์ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนกับผู้เรียนตามปกติ ครูผ่านการฝึกอบรมด้วยหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาครูรูปแบบEIS มีการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในการจัดการเรียนการสอน ใช้ตำราเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ การนิเทศติดตามด้วยรูปแบบการสอนแนะ (Coaching) และพี่เลี้ยง (Mentoring) ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนครูใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี เสริมการจัดการเรียนการสอน

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the conditions of academic administration in a master school providing English for Integrated Studies (EIS) by Thai teachers through knowledge searching and interviews about the conditions of implementation in academic administration through the use of a structured interview guideline form. The result of this research was shown by descriptive method. The target populations of the study were administrators and teachers processed as EIS at Sunthonphu Pittaya School in Rayong Province.

According to the study, it was found that: 1. Academic administration in a master school normally provided studying and teaching processes in accordance with the Basic Education Curriculum 2008 through studying and teaching processes integrated with English in the study of Mathematics, Sciences, and Computer by Thai teachers. It emphasized the use of English for communication whereby teachers were able to speak and students were able to listen to understanding. The classroom was conducted in English, with short question sentences in the classroom and the school. 2. Studying and teaching processes and teacher development were implemented after receiving the policy from the school’s director. There were some volunteer teachers who provided studying and teaching processes in English and which were normally applied with students. The teachers passed the training development English skills program in the form of EIS, through English language books, coaching and mentoring, promotion and support through information technology as studying and teaching materials by teachers.
