การศึกษาความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 1 จำนวน 67 โรงเรียน โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนฝ่ายวิชาการหรือหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาฯ และครูผู้รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ประชาคมอาเซียน โรงเรียนละ 4 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 268 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ การแจกแจงความถี่และค่าร้อยละ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนมีความพร้อมในการจัดการเรียนรู้สู่ประชาคมอาเซียน ได้แก่ 1) การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมากประกอบด้วย ครูผู้สอนและ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม 2) การประชุมคณะกรรมการ อยู่ในระดับน้อยประกอบด้วย การชี้แจงทำความเข้าใจและเพื่อกาหนดนโยบายงานแผนปฏิบัติงาน 3) การส่งเสริม สนับสนุนทรัพยากรในการดาเนินงาน อยู่ในระดับมากคือ สื่อการเรียนการสอน งบประมาณ วัสดุคุรุภัณฑ์ แหล่งเรียนรู้ต่างๆ และการจัดหาครูต่างชาติ 4) การวางแผนพัฒนาครู บุคลากรและผู้เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ในระดับมากคือ การสนับสนุนให้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม/ประชุม/สัมมนา 5) การจัดตั้งเครือข่ายในสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับน้อย คือการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกัน 6) การจัดกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ อยู่ในระดับมากคือ การจัดนิทรรศการ 7) การนิเทศภายใน อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมากคือ การสังเกตการสอนในชั้นเรียน 8) การสนับสนุนครูและบุคลากรเป็นสมาชิกสมาคม/ชมรมครูอาเซียน อยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมากคือ การให้ความรู้และสร้างความตระหนักในการเป็นสมาชิกชมรมครูอาเซียน 9) การสรุปและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมากคือ การสรุปผล การนำเสนอและกำหนดเนื้อหา

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the preparation of education learning management for ASEAN in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 1. The populations used in this research were 67 schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 1, which the school's Director, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs, Head of Social Studies and teachers responsible for learning about ASEAN. The research informants consisted of 268 people classified into this group. The tool used in this educational research was a checklist questionnaire. The analytical statistics used in this study were frequency and percentage.

The results of the study were: 1) The appointment committee was at a rather high level, and it was found that there are teachers and a head of social studies instruction. 2) The committee meeting was at a low level, and it was found that it is necessary to clarify understanding and to set a policy and implementation plan. 3) The resources to support implementation was at a high level, and it was found that there are instructional media, budget, learning materials, a learning center and supplying foreign teachers. 4) The planning staff development teacher was at a high level and it was found that there is encouragement for the training. 5) The establishment of a network in schools was at a high level and it was found that there are activities together. 6) Knowledge and sharing activities was at a high level and it was found that there are exhibitions. 7) Internal supervision was at a high level and it was found that there is observation of classroom teaching. 8) Encouragement to become members of the association / slub teachers for ASEAN was at a rather high level and it was found there is education and awareness of the community members and teachers of ASEAN. 9) Summarizing and reporting operations was at a high level and it was found that there were conclusions for the presentations and determination of the content.
