การศึกษาการใช้หลักสูตรกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ(ภาษาอังกฤษ) ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนเซนต์โยเซฟระยอง

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ(ภาษาอังกฤษ)ในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา โรงเรียนเซนต์โยเซฟระยอง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) และครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาอังกฤษในระดับประถมศึกษา

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา(Content Analysis) นำเสนอผลการวิจัยโดยการบรรยาย และตารางประกอบคำบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.ด้านงานบริหารหลักสูตร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) ได้ศึกษาวิเคราะห์หลักสูตรจากหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา เตรียมบุคลากร จัดครูเข้าสอน จัดตารางสอน และ จัดสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก บริการวัสดุหลักสูตรและสื่อการเรียนรู้ ประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตร นิเทศติดตาม และประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรจากผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เรียน ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ (ภาษาอังกฤษ) มีภาระงานมาก จนทาให้ไม่มีเวลาในการศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจหลักสูตรอย่างเพียงพอ และขาดงบประมาณในการบริหารหลักสูตร

2.ด้านงานสอน ครูผู้สอน ได้ศึกษามาตรฐานการเรียนรู้ ปรับหน่วยการเรียนรู้ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพและความต้องการของท้องถิ่น วางแผนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ พัฒนาด้านการสอนและการใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ จัดสอนซ่อมเสริม วัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ทั้งปลายภาคเรียนและปลายปีการศึกษา ปัญหาที่พบได้แก่ ขาดงบประมาณในการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ไม่เป็นไปตามแผนที่กาหนดเนื่องจากมีกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรเข้ามาแทรก ผู้เรียนมีพื้นฐานความรู้ที่แตกต่างกัน ทาให้ยากต่อการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ และการวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the state and problems of the English curriculum implementation at the elementary level in St. Joseph Rayong School. The respondents are the head of academic administration, head of the foreign language department, and English teachers. Semi-structured interviews were used for the elementary level in this study. The data have been analyzed by using content analysis and frequency. Information is preserved in this course and table for discussion. The results were as follows.

1. On the management tasks: The head of academic administration and the head of the foreign language department studied and analyzed the education curriculum, staff training, provided teaching schedule and also other facilities. The publicized curriculum and learning equipment, to curriculum supervision, inform information and evaluations about the students’ achievement. The problem that both the head of academic administration and the head of the foreign language department had were as a result of a lack of time to analyze the education curriculum and the lack of budget for the management.

2. On the instruction tasks: Teachers not only studied learning standards, but also modified learning units according to state and local needs, planned instructional activities, developed teaching, learning materials and offered remedial teaching. Moreover, they also arranged evaluations at the end of each semester and academic year. However, they encountered insufficient funds for develop learning materials. In addition, classes were sometimes interrupted by school activities. Therefore, learning management for activities required for different knowledge learners involved could not be measured.
