การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะนักวิจัยของนักเรียนทหาร INDICATOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCHER CHARACTERISTICS OF CADETS

Abstract

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นบทความที่นาเสนอผลการวิจัยในการศึกษาองค์ประกอบและพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะนักวิจัยของนักเรียนทหาร ซึ่งเป็นขั้นตอนหนึ่งในงานวิจัย “การพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะนักวิจัยของนักเรียนทหาร: การทดสอบความไม่แปรเปลี่ยนของการวัดตามเหล่าทัพ” การวิจัยในขั้นตอนนี้ มุ่งศึกษาองค์ประกอบและสร้างตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะนักวิจัยของนักเรียนทหาร ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งสิ้น 18 ท่าน โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟายเก็บข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 3 รอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในรอบที่ 1 คือแบบสัมภาษณ์ และ รอบที่ 2 และ 3 ใช้แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การหาค่ามัธยฐาน และการหาค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า ตัวบ่งชี้คุณลักษณะนักวิจัยของนักเรียนทหาร ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ ดังนี้ 1) องค์ประกอบด้านคุณลักษณะทหารที่เอื้อต่อการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ การประมาณตนเอง ความขยันและอดทน การมุ่งมั่นผลสัมฤทธิ์ ความมีระเบียบวินัย ความกล้าหาญ และการทางานเป็นทีม 2) องค์ประกอบด้านคุณลักษณะทั่วไปของนักวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ ความอยากรู้อยากเห็น ความซื่อสัตย์ทางวิชาการ การยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และความคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ และ 3) องค์ประกอบด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ความสามารถทางการบริหารจัดการและการทางานเป็นระบบ ความสามารถในสารสนเทศและเทคโนโลยี ความรู้ในศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามการรับรู้ของตนเอง และความรู้ในระเบียบวิธีวิจัย และพบว่า ตัวบ่งชี้ทั้ง 16 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้รับฉันทามติจากกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีค่า มัธยฐานตั้งแต่ 4.50 ถึง 5.00 ค่าสัมบูรณ์ของผลต่างระหว่างควอไทล์มีค่าตั้งแต่ 0.00 ถึง 1.00

This article aims to present the first phase of the study on “Indicator development of researcher characteristics of cadets: testing measurement invariance by military jurisdiction.” This phase focused on factors and indicators of researcher characteristics of cadets. There were 18 participants expertise in the field of study. The research used Delphi technique to generate group consensus, divided into three rounds. The first round used interviews, the second and third round used Likert scale questionnaires. Data analysis was done through content analysis, median and interquartile range.

The result showed that the indicators of researcher characteristics of cadets consisted of three factors; 1) military characteristics attributed to research, 2) general characteristics of researcher, and 3) competency in research. The first factor consisted of 6 indicators; self-awareness, diligence and tolerance, result-based mindset, disciplinary, courage, and teamwork. The second factors consisted of 5 indicators; curiosity, integrity, an open mind, creativity, and critical thinking. The third factors consisted of 5 indicators; communication ability, administrative and systematized ability, information and technology ability, self-perception on relevant knowledge, and research methodology knowledge. All indicators were consensus among the experts with the median value from 4.50 to 5.00, and the interquartile range values from 0.00 to 1.00.
