ความต้องการจาเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจาเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา จานวน 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 89.33 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็น PNIModified
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดเช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือ ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 2) ผลการจัดลาดับความต้องการจาเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็นสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาและใช้สื่อและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ตามลาดับ

This research was conducted using a descriptive research method. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the actual state and the desirable state of academic administration of Banmiwittaya School. 2) to study the priority needs of academic administration of Banmiwittaya School. The population of this study consisted of 75 Banmiwittaya School’s teachers. The research instrument used in this study was the 5 level rating scaled questionnaire, 89.33% of questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and PNIModified.
The finding indicate that 1) The actual state of academic administration of Banmiwittaya School in term of the overall and most of characteristic were practiced at a high level. Considering each characteristic, it was found that the highest mean score is Developing the Internal Quality Assurance System. The desirable state of academic administration of Banmiwittaya School in term of the overall and each characteristic was practiced at a highest level. Considering each characteristic, it was found that the highest mean score is Developing the application of educational media and technology for education. 2) The priority needs of academic administration of Banmiwittaya School found that the index of the highest index needs research for developing the quality of education, followed by developing the application of educational media and technology for education and developing the curriculum, respectively.
