สภาพการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะ

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจาเป็นในการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนจานวน 4 คน และครูผู้สอนจานวน 122 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check list) และแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็น (PNI Modified)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันในการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือด้านการสร้างความรู้ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่าที่สุดคือด้านการถ่ายโอนความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์ และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ในการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดคือด้านการแสวงหาความรู้และด้านการสร้างความรู้ซึ่งมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่าที่สุดคือด้านการถ่ายโอนความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์ 2) ความต้องการจาเป็นในการจัดการความรู้ของโรงเรียนสมุทรสาครบูรณะพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็นสูงที่สุดคือด้านการถ่ายโอนความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าดัชนีความต้องการจาเป็นต่าที่สุดคือด้านการสร้างความรู้

This research was conducted using a descriptive research method. The objectives of this research were 1) to study the actual state and the desirable state of knowledge management for Samutsakornburana School. 2) to study the priority needs to knowledge management for Samutsakornburana School. The population of this study consisted of 4 administrators and 122 teachers, totally 126. The research instrument used in this study was check list and 5 level rating scaled questionnaire, 100% of questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Modified Priority Need Index (PNIModified).
The findings indicated that 1) the actual state of knowledge management for Samutsakornburana School in term of the overall and each characteristic was practiced at a medium level. Considering each characteristic, it was found that the characteristic with the highest mean score is the knowledge creation. While the knowledge transfer and utilization was the characteristic with the lowest mean score. The desirable state of knowledge management for Samutsakornburana School in term of the overall and each characteristic was practiced at a high level. Considering each characteristic, it was found that the characteristic with the highest mean score are the knowledge acquisition and the knowledge creation which have equal mean score. While the knowledge transfer and utilization was the characteristic with the lowest mean score. 2) The priority needs to knowledge management for Samutsakornburana School found that the characteristic with the highest Modified Priority Need Index was the knowledge transfer and utilization. While the knowledge creation was the characteristic with the lowest Modified Priority Need Index.
