ความต้องการการนิเทศการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี

Abstract

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการนิเทศการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรี จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจสอบรายการและแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ครูคณิตศาสตร์ระดับประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนอัสสัมชัญธนบุรีมีความต้องการนิเทศการสอน โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูคณิตศาสตร์มีความต้องการสูงสุดในด้านการเตรียมการสอนและด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.91 รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผล มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.88 ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.71 และด้านหลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.68

   The purpose of this research was to study the instructional supervisory needs of primary mathematics teachers at Assumption College Thonburi School. The population included 30 primary mathematics teachers at Assumption College Thonburi School. Data was collected through a check list and rating scale. The statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

   The results of the research were as follows: The level of instructional supervisory needs for the primary mathematics teachers at Assumption College Thonburi School in every aspect were at a high level of concern. Considering those aspects, it was shown that preparation for teaching and instructional materials received the highest indication of needs and had an average of 3.91, followed by the measurement and evaluation with an average of 3.88, teaching activities with an average of 3.71 and curriculum with an average of 3.68.
