กลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อการส่งเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพให้นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยิน ของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส อุปสรรคจัดลำดับความสำคัญของประเด็นการส่งเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพและพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อการส่งเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพให้นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครูโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐมจำนวน 60 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNI_modified

และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อการส่งเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพ

ให้นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม ในภาพรวม มีค่า PNI_modified เฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 0.28 และมีความต้องการจำเป็นเรียงลำดับดังนี้ การวางแผน(PNI_modified 0.29)  การนำแผนไปปฏิบัติ(PNI_modified

0.28)   การประเมินผล (PNI_modified 0.27) จากสภาพจุดอ่อนและอุปสรรคกลยุทธ์การบริหารโรงเรียนเพื่อการส่งเสริมทักษะวิชาชีพให้นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการได้ยินของโรงเรียนโสตศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐมที่มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ประกอบด้วย 3 กลยุทธ์หลัก ดังนี้ 1)การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาตามแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมี

งานทำ 2)เสริมสร้างบทบาทความร่วมมือระหว่าง ครู ผู้ปกครอง นักเรียนและผู้ประกอบการ 3)เสริมสร้างการประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาตามแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อการมีงานทำโดยเน้นการประเมินอย่างมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และสถานประกอบการ และ12 กลยุทธ์รอง 27 วิธีดำเนินการ โดยแบ่งเป็น ด้านการวางแผน 10 วิธีดำเนินการ ด้านการนำแผนไปปฏิบัติ 9 วิธีดำเนินการ และด้านการประเมินผล 8 วิธีดำเนินการ

This objective of this research is to study the current condition and desirable conditions, strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats of promoting vocational skill issues and development a strategy for the school administration, in order to promote vocational skills. The population and sample group consist of executives and teachers totaling 60 people. The tool for this research included a questionnaire. Data analysis by conducted using narrative statistics, percentage, mean and standard deviation, PNI_modified and content analysis. The result of this research are as follows: the requirement of the school administration to promote vocational skills for students with hearing disability of the Auditory Education School at Nakornpathom school has a total value of PNI_modified mean 0.28 and a required range as follows. Planning (PNI_modified 0.29), Implement (PNI_modified 0.28), Evaluation (PNI_modified0.27) from the condition of the weak point and threats of the administration, in order to promote vocational skills for hearing impaired children is appropriate and possibilities consist of main 3 strategies: 1) Development of the school course as a method of education management in order to gain employment; 2) Promotion of the cooperation role between teachers, parents, students and entrepreneurs; and 3) Promotion of the assessment of the school course as a method of education in order to gain employment. The focus is on participation between schools, parents and entrepreneurs and  employ12 strategies and 27 methods, divided into 10 planning, 9 implement and 8 evaluation.
