การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรีและ 2) เพื่อ เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี จำแนกตามศูนย์การศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี (หนองแขม) ผู้บริหารศูนย์การศึกษาศรีวัฒนาฯ และผู้บริหารศูนย์การศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีหมู่บ้านครูภาคเหนือ โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ อาจารย์ และบุคลากรฝ่ายสนับสนุนในมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่าระดับภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด คือ ด้านการแสดงภาวะผู้นำ ทั้งนี้ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านการแสดงความน่าเชื่อถือ ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี จำแนกตามศูนย์การศึกษา พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี (ศูนย์วิทยาลัยฯภาคเหนือ) มีระดับภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือ มหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี (หนองแขม) และมหาวิทยาลัยธนบุรี (ศูนย์ศรีวัฒนาฯ) ตามลำดับ

The purposes of this study were: 1) to explore the servant leadership of administrators of Thonburi university, and 2) to compare the servant leadership across the colleges. Regarding the population, there were the administrations of Thonburi University; in Nongkaem campus, Thonburi-Sriwatthana campus and Northern Technology Mubankru college campus. In addition, the key informants were all instructors and support staff at all campuses. The instrument was a rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

          The findings indicated that the integral servant leadership constructs were at a high level. The results of servant leadership showed that the provision of leadership was rated at the highest mean and the display of leader’s authenticity was rated at the lowest. As compared to the servant leadership across the campuses, Northern Technology Mubankru college campus had the highest mean. This was followed by Nongkaem campus and Thonburi-Sriwatthana campus rated respectively.
